A few quick answers.

How long does the whole process take?
Signing up, the questionnaire, and ordering your kit takes about 15 minutes of your active time. Your kit is dispatched within 48 hours and arrives in a few days. Collecting and posting the sample takes just a few minutes. End to end, expect a couple of weeks from order to secured storage.
What does the pricing cover?
Your first payment covers your collection kit, sample processing, and the storage term included in your plan. Starter is $99 and includes 1 year of storage, then renews at $99 a year. Legacy is $199 and includes 3 years, then renews at $199 every three years. Starter is limited to the first 1,000 members. To cancel, email myspawn@myspawnapp.com before your renewal date and storage stops at the end of your paid term.
Where is my sample stored?
All physical sample handling is carried out by Genvault LLC (our bio banking storage partner), an independent, ISO 9001 and CAP-accredited biorepository with 24/7 monitoring and chain-of-custody protocols. MySpawn handles your account and notifications; physical storage is the partner's job.
